Profile of our Apostle, Dr. D. L. Stephenson, D.Min., D.D.
A high impact teacher and precise orator in Christian thought, Apostle Dr. D. L. Stephenson is a sought after empowerment specialist, revolutionary thinker, and transformational leader.
Dr. Stephenson is the eldest of seven children born to Drs. Artglee and Almada Musgrove. At the age of three months old, she was stricken with Brights disease, a crippling skin disease locally known as Dry Brights. At the time, that disease caused the death of many children her age. Dr. Stephenson’s mother, being a devout Christian and determined intercessor, began to offer persistent prayers. It was at that time of augmentation that Dr. Stephenson was miraculously healed, unscarred and able to walk by the age of two.
At the age of seven years old, Dr. Stephenson accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior and in the space of a few months, she was leading morning prayer meetings, which were conducted daily in her family’s home. In 1997, she became the assistant pastor of Jesus Christ is Lord Miracle Deliverance Center. In 1998, quickly growing in the graces of God, she was installed as the senior pastor of the church and in 2001, Dr. Stephenson was ordained as the general overseer of the reformation.
Dr. Stephenson persevered through all of the disappointments in her life and eventually, she found that God was birthing an international ministry through her. Dr. Stephenson’s unwavering dedication and service to His work allowed her to minister throughout the United States, as well as in the Caribbean. Dr. Stephenson found herself on the road ministering God’s word all over the world-just as He used the Apostle Paul to turn the hearts of the people, “from the power of Satan to God that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus Christ.”

Through Dr. Stephenson, in July of 2006 , God ordained the birth of a new ministry called Life Changing Ministries. This ministry later became a church and the name was changed to Life Changing Anointing in July of 2007. Her dedication to saving souls for Christ led her to great heights. She understood the importance of being a humble and obedient servant of the Most High God, just as her Lord and Savior remained humble and obedient even to His death on the cross.
Alongside her husband, Dr. D. L. Stephenson currently serves as the Apostle and founder of Life Changing Anointing International, currently an association of global autonomous and interdependent churches and church plants worldwide, united by a mutual commitment to serve the Lord Jesus Christ under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and obedience to the Word of God. She is also the Chancellor & Founder of E’arron University, Director of E’arron Academy and CEO of Dr. D. L. Stephenson International Ministries. She has earned a distinguished reputation as a catalyst for change and voice of hope to the nations. Dr. Stephenson combines her wealth of leadership expertise with her depth of spiritual understanding to reveal life-transforming messages that empower and inspire.
Seasoned with compassion, revelatory insight, and personal candor, Dr. Stephenson opens minds and touches hearts with biblically-based principles of inner healing and personal empowerment. Pulling on her background in education, psychology and human development, Dr. Stephenson completed her doctoral studies, receiving a doctorate degree in divinity in 2005, and a post-doctoral degree in ministry, with a major in Practical Counseling & Theology in 2012. She translates hard-hitting spiritual insights into everyday language that empower individuals to transform their lives, helping change the path people take in search of meaning, dignity, purpose and hope.

Because of her tireless efforts and unbending resolve to minister the Word of God and to stand despite opposition and sometimes insurmountable obstacles, many lives have been changed and renewed, all to the glory of God. By her stellar example, many have learned what it truly means to be a faithful minister of Jesus Christ.
Dr. Stephenson was publically affirmed in July of 2007 as an Apostle. Shortly after, God made another dramatic change in the ministry and allowed Life Changing Anointing to merge with another growing ministry called Life Changing Restoration. During this time of new beginnings in July of 2008, Dr. Stephenson suffered the tragic and devastating loss of her youngest child E’arron. This event almost proved to be her undoing, but again, she persevered and with a renewed and strengthened dedication to her God, Dr. Stephenson has taken on the work of leading souls to Christ our Lord with alacrity.
Dr. D. L. Stephenson is the proud wife of her best friend, Bishop Dr. Garfield O. Stephenson. Together with her husband, Apostle Stephenson now oversees 9 ministries in the United States and the Caribbean, and counting.
Apostle Dr. D. L. Stephenson is known as a dynamic motivational facilitator with over 15 years of combined experience in individual and group counseling, people development, conference organizer/planner and conference/workshop speaker and facilitator. She is a self-motivated leader who is recognized for her creative thinking, sensitivity and dedication.
